Can you believe Christmas is only 42 days away? It’s time to rally the troops!
I want to make this Christmas MAGICAL and I am hoping YOU will want in on the magic too. This will be Smitten’s first year but I am hoping we can make it a successful one and continue on the tradition for many years to come. I hope you will join me, because I know when we ALL work together, each of our small parts add up to create something BIGGER than we ever dreamed possible. So that means I need YOU. You are apart of this thing and without you the magic won’t be as magical.
I have a family all picked out and I am ready to work my tail off to make something AMAZING happen for this family. I’ve been on the phone all morning rallying the tribe, getting details worked out, emails sent, links figured out etc.
I was referred from a friend to a newly single mom with two kiddos, both are young. When I read her story my heart broke for all that she has been through. Life can be so hard. She doesn’t have much support from her ex, and she works 2 jobs to try and make ends meet. I don’t want to share too many details here just incase she reads this, but if you want the whole story email me and I will give you all the details. . We are hoping to send them on a Christmas vacation to Disneyland because we think they deserve to celebrate at the happiest place on earth.
I have a few ideas of how we can make this happen but I need your help. I am looking for connections with hotels or places to stay, disneyland tickets, fun things to do there- really just anything to make this trip magical for them. Anything we can get donated would help so much.
Another idea I had was putting together a fundraiser to help raise money for this. If you have something you would donate to auction off, it would be so appreciated. You can send me a message here or email me and we can work out all the details.

My plan is to hand deliver everything we get to her in person. I am not sure how long it will take us to get everything together but I would love to get it to her as soon as possible so if she wanted to go around Christmas or after she can. I would love to have people come with me to deliver it, but I will also be making a video of it to share here so we can all see what our helping hands meant to her.
